This space is for Retail, Treatment Centres, Information Services, Non-Profit Agencies.
Your space is 10’x10′, please bring your own table, tent, and chairs
No Tent, No Table, No Chairs are included with space
• No Generators allowed
• Set up 9:30 am to 11:30
• Set up 9:30 am to 11:30
• FOR SECURITY – NO VEHICLES ON SITE WITHOUT A PASS
• No vehicles on site after 11:30 am
• Tear Down 5 pm No Vehicles on site till after 6:00 or cleared by Police
• BRING DOLLIES AND CARTS if you wish to leave before 6 pm
• Please take all your garbage with you.
• This year, your space is not confirmed until payment has been made
• No Etransfer
• No Cheques
• Payment only by credit card
• Refund Policy – No Refunds two weeks before the event, no refunds due to weather
